Not all bankruptcy attorneys are litigators, and not all commercial litigation attorneys understand the intricacies of the Bankruptcy Code and of U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Courts. We are experienced in both areas. Our attorneys have been involved with large-scale Chapter 11 restructuring plans and have litigated various contested issues and adversary proceedings, including non-dischargeability actions, on behalf of creditors, debtors, and other parties involved in U.S. Federal Court bankruptcy proceedings.
